After consultation amongst the management of the RibsnPacks, conclusions was made on the lingering issue of having a supporting Field Manager to assist in the area of managing the labels events and artists. 

Ejanla GodSon Japhet who was consulted agreed upon becoming a supporting manager to help the current manager Mr. B who is currently attending to so much under the label.
